Personal Pilates Boot Camp

Prerequisite for new students is a first private with a trainer. Available for new and continuing students. Just beginning or wanting to take your body to the next level, this program is for you. Your program is structured to give the total Pilates experience. Programs include private sessions, mat classes, independent workouts and homework.
