Prerequisites: |
Minimum of 10 private sessions at any studio, written confirmation required if sessions not performed at Synergy Fitness. It is highly recommended that you have experience in personal training, dance, yoga or other movement modalities. |
| Exam Preparation: |
- Notes on exercises taught during observation hours. Practice times and apprenticeship teaching hours.
- Anatomy study sheet completed.
- Log of all observation, practice and student teaching hours.

| Written exam(s) and exercises performed and taught on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Auxiliary equipment. Anatomy exam taken separately. |
| Prior to certification trainer must become CPR Certified. Synergy Fitness will be offering CPR courses on site. Details to follow. PMA Pilates Certified National Exam fees are additional. Please see www.pilatesmethodalliance.org for more information. |

| Certification expires 2 years from final exam date. 30 hours of continuing education courses recognized by SynergyFitness must be completed before your certificate expires |

As well as various assessment and release techniques required to create programs for special need clients. Synergy Fitness New Teacher Training Manuals also included.
